A federal appeals court has deemed DeSantis’ ‘Stop WOKE’ law unconstitutional. The court ruled that the law violates the First Amendment by prohibiting diversity and race-based discussions in private workplaces. While this is a temporary win for our First Amendment rights, we must do everything we can to elect Democrats in 2024 and replace the lawmakers that voted to suppress our constitutional right to free speech.
