Rally for Democratic Candidates Saturday
The Democrats of Indian River will host a Candidate Rally Saturday at Sean Ryan’s Pub in Vero Beach..
The gathering is intended to show support for the party and celebrate the candidates who reflect the progressive values of the party platform. Interested residents are welcome.
Attendees will have an opportunity to meet Nicole Haagenson, an Air Force veteran who is seeking a place on the ballot for state representative in District 54, the seat currently held by Republican Erin Grall.
A number of school board candidates from across Indian River county will be available, in addition. Candidates for School Board include Merchon Green (District 2), Stacey Klim (District 4), and Mara Schiff (District 1).
