Democrats of Indian River Move to Office in Downtown Vero Beach

The Democrats of Indian River have moved to a larger office on 14thAvenue in downtown Vero Beach. The move was necessitated by the large increase in Democratic Executive Committee (DEC) members and volunteers.  The former office space could not accommodate weekly trainings, phone-banking, and other volunteer efforts now the mainstay of the DEC’s daily efforts.

The move was made possible by recent, generous contributions to the local Democratic Party.

DEC Chair Kim Lorimier noted,

“The Blue Wave you see storming the country has come to our county.  Indian River residents are determined to vote for change and are putting their pocketbooks where their mouths are.  We are very appreciative of recent donations to the Democrats of Indian River. We will use these funds to get-out-the-vote for Democratic candidates in both the Primary Election on August 28thand the General Election on November 6th.”

Lorimier invites Democrats and other interested parties to visit the office at 2345 14thAvenue in Vero Beach, 32960.  The office is open Monday through Thursday, 10 am to noon and 1 pm to 3 pm.
